Providing educational services, specifically arranging and conducting training workshops and certification courses designed to educate and train mental health professionals, educators, alcohol and drug counselors, social workers, school administrators, faith-based leaders, human resources professionals, law enforcement officers, healthcare professionals, managers, clergy, first responders, family members, and other community leaders on working with the LGBTQIA2+ population; Providing educational services, including: facilitating the development of cultural sensitivity and proficiency among helping professionals, educators, parents, and all community members when interacting with and supporting LGBTQIA2+ populations, offering a comprehensive overview of the diverse populations within the LGBTQIA2+ community, and presenting strategies for effective care and supportive dialogue; Providing educational courses and training pertaining to challenges experienced by LGBTQIA2+ populations, educating course participants on theories of identity formation and presenting current research on the impact of hate and discrimination, and providing course participants with practical resources tailored for parents, family members, and peers; Providing educational services, including promoting the development of informed advocates for the LGBTQIA2+ community, providing understanding of critical issues, and raising awareness of personal biases.
